Call Gang ("CallGang") provides AI front-desk agents that answer phone calls and website chats for local businesses, take booking requests and messages, and send owners summaries and alerts. CallGang is operated by All-In Systems. By signing up or using CallGang you agree to these terms.
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe with a one-time setup fee, as shown at checkout. Plans are month to month and can be canceled anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Usage beyond what a plan includes may be billed at the rates shown on our pricing page.
CallGang agents are AI assistants. They answer from the information the business provides and general knowledge, and they can make mistakes. Agents do not give medical, legal or emergency advice; in an emergency, callers are told to call 9-1-1. The business is responsible for the accuracy of the information it gives us.
Who sends the texts: CallGang alert texts are sent by Get N Line LLC, doing business as Call Gang / CallGang. The CallGang service is built and run by All-In Systems.
Don't use CallGang for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes, or to send spam. We may suspend service for misuse.
CallGang is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, All-In Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed calls, missed messages or lost business.
