Who we are

Call Gang ("CallGang", "we", "us") provides AI phone and chat answering for local businesses. CallGang is operated by All-In Systems. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Business owners (our clients): name, business name, email, mobile number, business details you give us during setup (services, prices, hours), and billing details handled by our payment processor, Stripe.
Callers and chat visitors of our clients' businesses: the name, phone number and messages they provide, call recordings where callers are told the call may be recorded, and conversation summaries.
Website data: basic technical data needed to run and protect the site.

How we use it

To answer calls and chats for our clients and pass the details to the business.
To send business owners the alerts and service notices they asked for, including SMS alerts if they opted in.
To set up, support, bill and improve our service.

SMS and mobile information

Who sends the texts: CallGang alert texts are sent by Get N Line LLC, doing business as Call Gang / CallGang. The CallGang service is built and run by All-In Systems.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent are used only to send the CallGang messages you agreed to, and are shared only with service providers (such as our SMS provider) that help us deliver those messages. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.

Sharing

We share information only with the business you contacted (for callers and chat visitors), with service providers that help us run CallGang (for example hosting, voice and SMS delivery, email delivery and payments), or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@callgang.com. Reply STOP to stop SMS alerts at any time.
