What texts we send

CallGang sends text messages to business owners who use our service and opt in. Texts include alerts about urgent customer calls and chats handled by their CallGang agent, and service notices about their account. We do not send marketing texts to the public.

How you opt in

Business owners opt in during CallGang onboarding by entering their mobile number on the setup form at callgang.com/welcome and checking the box agreeing to receive alert texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency, cost and help

• Message frequency varies with how many urgent calls and chats your business gets.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You'll get one confirmation and no more texts.
• Reply HELP for help, or email hello@callgang.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We use your mobile number only to send the CallGang texts you agreed to. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers (like our texting provider) that help us deliver the messages.
